Stéphane Girard has created more than fifteen exclusive recipes for fans of sweet pastries. In order to make these delicious sweets he uses exclusively local regional suppliers. His Morello cherries in kirsch and other fruit based creations come from trees in the area. His "salée de la Vallée » (sugar and cinnamon tart) and three-chocolate speciality has enhanced his reputation. His Brazilian cake, whilst exotic, is well worth a visit as it is a unique recipe from this patisserie: a mix of puff pastry, custard, whipped cream and nougat, guaranteed to delight all who eat it.
